Connect support to the systems you run.
One customer conversation can begin on your website or in your mobile app, then send authorized events to your own services through scoped APIs and signed webhooks.
One conversation, across your stack.
A widget or mobile app starts the thread. Scoped APIs and signed events connect it to your services.
From customer entry to a verified service event.
Website widget
Install the customer chat widget on an authorized site origin. Its public installation identifier starts the experience; it is not a private service credential.
Customer mobile SDK
Bring the same conversation into a merchant app with the Dart customer SDK. The host app supplies identity, secure storage, UI and native push integration.
Server API and webhooks
Tenant-scoped credentials authorize selected public API operations. HMAC-signed webhooks deliver permitted events to a configured receiver, with retries and delivery logs.
Only the right conversation data crosses the boundary.
Public APIs and webhook payloads exclude internal notes and supervisor coaching. Service credentials stay server-side and can be scoped, rotated or revoked. Named third-party connectors are not part of this integration framework.
