This website has no public checkout, paid plan, recurring mandate or subscription charge. A visitor cannot purchase an AAZIRO Chat subscription here, so there is no website subscription to cancel or refund at present.
Questions about a charge
If you believe an AAZIRO Chat charge occurred, email support@aaziro.com with the date, amount and reference information you can safely share. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or identity documents. We will review the report and explain the next steps for that specific charge.
Before future paid subscriptions
The proposed monthly model would allow cancellation before renewal. Before paid subscriptions open, we will publish the cancellation method, when cancellation takes effect, access after cancellation, refund eligibility, request process and any applicable timelines. This prelaunch policy makes no automatic refund promise.
